DeBary Elementary is a long-serving Volusia County Schools campus in the growing city of DeBary, north of Orlando. In recent years the district has invested steadily in the site — reworked traffic loops and entrances, resurfaced lots, and a program of building upgrades that includes HVAC, ceiling, and lighting modernization across its classroom buildings.

Work on a campus this age means marrying new systems to existing conditions: tracing legacy circuits, replacing fixtures above finished ceilings, and sequencing power interruptions so the cafeteria still serves lunch. It is patient, methodical work — the kind that shows up in the light quality of every classroom.
