Atwater Bay Elementary School sits on Atwater Bay Drive in Winter Garden, an Orange County Public Schools campus serving roughly 750 students in grades pre-kindergarten through five. Grassland's electrical scope here was ground up, with crews installing service entry, distribution, and load layout as the school was constructed rather than working into an existing building.

A new construction scope brings its own demands: no prior infrastructure to reference, no instructional schedule to build around, only a fixed opening date and a building that has to be fully wired, tested, and functional the moment it's handed over. Grassland has delivered this kind of work across Central Florida school districts, and the first day of school has never waited on us.
