Castle Creek Elementary never closed for its own renovation. That was the assignment from day one.

Castle Creek Elementary School sits on N. Avalon Park Boulevard in Orlando, an Orange County Public Schools campus serving roughly 550 students in grades pre-kindergarten through five, located in the Avalon Park community. Grassland carried out a full electrical renovation of the campus, upgrading systems throughout the building while classes stayed in session.

The work here followed the same discipline every occupied-campus renovation demands: shutdowns scheduled around instructional hours, life safety systems verified before crews moved between sections, and a sequence built to respect a school full of students every single day. Grassland has delivered this kind of renovation across Central Florida school districts, without a single school day lost to the work.
