Tuscan Gardens is a family-founded Florida senior living company whose communities pair resort-style amenities — chef-led dining, wellness programs, richly finished common spaces — with assisted living and memory care. Buildings like these are judged twice: by how they feel to residents and families, and by how they perform when it matters.

The electrical scope reflects that dual standard. Lighting is warm and residential in character but specified for aging eyes; power and life-safety systems are engineered to care-facility requirements; and emergency capacity protects residents through Florida's storm seasons. It is hospitality-grade finish work on healthcare-grade bones.
