Healthcare renovation is performed a wall away from patient care. The building never notices the surgery.

Renovating an occupied medical facility is the discipline of working invisibly: negative-air containment at every opening, infection-control permits before the first cut, and utility shutdowns rehearsed with facility engineering before they happen. Clinical operations continue on the other side of the dust wall.

The electrical sequence follows the phasing plan corridor by corridor — tracing and rerouting live circuits, maintaining emergency-power branches without interruption, and re-inspecting each zone before it returns to service. It is slow-motion precision, and it is a Grassland specialty.
