Hamlin Middle School sits on Silver Grove Boulevard in Winter Garden, an Orange County Public Schools campus serving roughly 950 students in grades six through eight. This was a ground up electrical project for Grassland, built alongside the campus rather than retrofitted into it. Decisions on service entry, distribution, and load layout were made before a single classroom existed, shaping how the building performs from its very first day of use.

New construction comes without the constraints of an occupied campus, but it carries its own weight: every system has to be sequenced, tested, and fully functional in time for opening day, with no history of prior work to fall back on and no room to adjust once students arrive. Grassland's electrical scope supported Hamlin Middle School's opening on schedule.
