Windermere Elementary School sits on Park Avenue in Windermere, an Orange County Public Schools campus serving roughly 575 students in grades pre-kindergarten through five. Grassland completed a full electrical renovation of the facility, upgrading the building's electrical infrastructure while the campus remained fully operational throughout the project.

The scope required strict coordination with school administration to minimize disruption to daily operations: shutdowns scheduled outside instructional hours, life safety systems tested and verified before advancing to each subsequent phase, and a construction sequence structured to comply with the constraints of an active academic calendar. Grassland has completed renovations of this scope across multiple Central Florida school districts, consistently delivering projects without impact to the academic schedule.
